The new NICO North-Central Zonal Coordinator, Mr. Ohi Ojo, has charged staffers of the Institute to imbibe the culture of creativity, advising that, being creative would not only enhance their productivity, but will also make them viable outside the Institute.

Ojo, who stated this while briefing staffers in the zone during a meeting on Wednesday, 26th August, 2015, further urged them to respect their superior officers, which was the only way harmonious working relationship could be created.

He reminded them to be conscious of the NICO mandate and to also be NICO compliant regarding their dress code to avoid any public embarrassment.

Earlier in a meeting held with the Departmental and Unit Heads, on Tuesday, 25th August, 2015, the New Zonal Coordinator admonished the various Heads to brace up to their responsibilities so as to earn the desired respect from their subordinates.

It would be recalled that Mr. Ohi Ojo, who was formerly the Coordinator, NICO South-West Zonal Office, Akure, Ondo State, took over the mantle of leadership from the former Zonal Coordinator, Alhaji Ibrahim Lawal, who is now the Zonal Coordniator, NICO North-West Zone in Katsina, as result of the recent redeployment of some Zonal Coordinators of the Institute, by the Executive Secretary, Dr. Barclays Foubiri Ayakoroma.

All the staffers in the zone were present at the maiden meeting except for those at the NICO Training School, Lagos.
