The Executive Secretary, National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), Associate Professor Barclays Foubiri Ayakoroma, has congratulated the Emir of Karshi, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Dr. Sani Mohammed Bako III, ahead of the presentation of Staff of Office to him as 1st Class traditional ruler in Nasarawa State.
In a congratulatory letter, with the caption, “Congratulations on the Presentation of Staff of Office”, dated 2nd August, 2017, Ayakoroma expressed confidence in the ability of HRH Sani Bako III to bring visionary leadership to the people of the Emirate.
The letter reads in part, “I wish to, on behalf of the Management and Staff of National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), heartily congratulate you on the occasion of the official presentation of Staff of Office, as a 1st Class traditional ruler, by His Excellency, Alhaji Umaru Tanko Al-Makura, the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State.
“There is no doubting the fact that the formal presentation of the Staff of Office to you will further propel you to bring your wealth of experience to bear towards repositioning the Emirate Council and indeed, giving the entire people of the Emirate the visionary leadership you are endowed with”.
He further maintained that the Institute is glad to have a close working relationship with the monarch over the years; and prayed Almighty God to grant him wisdom and good health to transform the Emirate Council.
The presentation of the Staff of Office the Emir of Karshi, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Dr. Sani Mohammed Bako III, by His Excellency, Alhaji Umaru Tanko Al-Makura, the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, is scheduled to hold on Sunday, 6th August, 2017 at Government Secondary School, Karshi, Nasarawa State, by 10am and the Management and Staff of NICO are expected to be in attendance.
