The Executive Secretary of the National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), Dr. Barclays Foubiri Ayakoroma, paid a “Thank You Visit” to former President Olusegun Obasanjo, at his Hilltop Residence, in Abeokuta, on Monday, the 14th of May, 2012.
Dr. Ayakoroma briefed the former President on the success of the NICO National Conference on “Culture, Peace and National Security,” and thanked him on his representation by Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, former Osun State Governor and current PDP National Secretary, as he was out of the country on national assignment.
Responding, Chief Obasanjo thanked the ES, Management and staff, for the honour to chair the occasion and promised that as a lover of culture, he will always be there for NICO.
The ES was accompanied on the visit by his SA, Mr. Nelson Campbell.
