The National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO) marked another milestone in the annals of the Institute as lectures for the Post Graduate Diploma in Cultural Administration (PGDCA) programme have commenced fully at the NICO Training School, Abuja Study Centre for the 2014/2015 academic year.
The first lecture, which started at 9am on Monday, 9th March, 2015, at Lecture Room II, NICO Headquarters, No. 23, Kigoma Street, Wuse Zone 7, Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, had twenty-two (22) students in attendance at the Post Graduate Diploma class.
Coincidentally, the first lecture, Research Methodology, was handled by the Executive Secretary of the Institute, Barclays Foubiri Ayakoroma, PhD, who is also a Visiting Associate Professor to Nasarawa State University, Keffi.
NICO News interviewed some of the students after the lecture and they were very enthusiastic about the knowledge they had gained so far, saying their expectations were very high and they promised to put in more efforts in their academic pursuit.
