With less than two weeks to the end of the month of June, the Management of National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), has approved the time-table for the 1st Semester examination for students’ of the Post Graduate Diploma in Cultural Administration (PGDCA) currently on studies in the Institute’s Training School, Abuja Study Centre.
According to the time-table, as released by the School Academic Office, the examinations are slated for Monday, 29th June, 2015 and it would end on Friday, 10th July, 2015, spanning of two weeks with one paper written per day.
In line with the above, therefore, the Coordinator of the NICO Training School, Abuja Study Centre, Mrs. Regina Onouha has approved Supervisors/Invigilators for the exams with a charge to be just, fair, firm and resolute in their duties.
Briefing the affected officers on Thursday, 18th June, 2015 at the Institute’s Head Office in preparation for the forth coming exams, she warned that there would be dire consequences should anyone of them compromises and is found wanting in his/her duties.
In a similar development, the Head, Academic Unit of the Study Centre, Mr. Pat Obi Nwagbo, read out the names on the roaster to include, Chief Examiner as the Coordinator of the Centre, Mrs. Regina Onuoha; the Supervisors are Mr. Pat Obi Nwagbo, Ms. Alice Ogbedu, Mr. Abubakar Nuru, Mr. Isaac Oyewole and Mrs. Pat Item; while invigilators include Mr. Philemon Udeh, Mrs. Sandra Omogiade, Miss Stella Anammah, Miss Sheila Mberru, Mrs. Phoebe Okebudeh, Mrs. Amaechi Chinwe and Mrs. Elizabeth Kumuyi.
When asked to throw more light on the level of preparedness for the exams, the Head, Exams & Records, Mrs. Phoebe Ikebudeh responded in the affirmative, assuring that all materials for the exams were received and they have also undergone the requisite training under the Unit which would enhance their effective performances as required.
