The release further states that while the Honourable Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, will be Special Guest of Honour, the Chairman, House Committee on Culture and Tourism, National Assembly, Hon. Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama, will be the chairman on the occasion; and the Ona of Abaji and Chairman, FCT Council of Traditional Rulers, Alhaji (Dr.) Adamu Yunusa, will be the Royal Father of the Day.

Recall that NICO has organised two editions of its Quarterly Public Lecture for the year 2017 on 3rd March and 10th July in Abuja, which had the Executive Governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha and the Vice Chancellor, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Professor Abdalla Uba Adamu, as Distinguished Guest Lecturers, respectively.
