The Executive Secretary/CEO of the National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), Otunba Biodun Ajiboye, will present a keynote lecture on Friday, July 12, 2024, at a seminar organized by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Abuja.

The seminar focuses on promoting culture and tourism exchange within the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) framework.

This invitation came during a visit by Otunba Biodun Ajiboye to the Chinese Embassy in Abuja.

He expressed gratitude to the Chinese government for their continuous support in developing Nigeria’s culture and tourism sector and discussed potential areas for further collaboration, particularly in cultural technology.

LI Xuda, Counselor at the Chinese Embassy in Nigeria and Director of the China Cultural Center, welcomed the NICO delegation and extended the invitation. He praised Otunba Biodun Ajiboye’s dedication to cultural promotion in Nigeria, which earned him the honor of delivering the keynote lecture.

The seminar will be co-hosted by the China Alumni Association of Nigeria and the University of Abuja at the Chinese Cultural Centre in Wuse Zone 5, Abuja.

“It is my honor to invite the Executive/CEO to be the keynote speaker at the seminar. Your deep knowledge of culture and your passion for cultural promotion in Nigeria have earned you this invitation to speak for 10 minutes about culture and tourism between China and Nigeria,” said Counselor LI Xuda.
