The international programme on “Innovative Leadership for Organization Growth and Excellence” at the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development, Noida, India, has started with an officer from National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), Abuja, Nigeria, Eni Vincent Eni, in attendance.
The training is designed specifically to develop insight and skills for innovative leadership and entrepreneurship; understand and practice the technique for excellence through innovations; build capacity for effective organizational processes for innovative/ entrepreneurial leaders for organization growth and excellence; and acquiring the ability to motivate support for organization growth.
According to reports from Mr. Eni Vincent Eni, there are 26 participants, drawn from 14 countries around the world, in the training programme, with Nigeria having three (3) persons.
Some of the courses expected to be taught in the training programme, include, Innovation for Excellence, Achievement Concerns and Innovative Leadership, Organization Growth and Development, and Innovative Leaders Role and Responsibility.
The National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development, Noida, India, was established on 6th July, 1983, to promote and development micro, small and medium scale enterprises, including enhancement of competitiveness through different interventions and training; and it has trained over 3,237 persons from over 130 countries around the world.
