As the Countdown to the 13th edition of the prestigious Abuja International Film Festival (AIFF) in 2016 continues, movie producers have been requested to send entries of their films/videos shot in the last 24 months and stand a chance of being listed in the roll call of honours.
A press release by the founder/initiator of AIFF, Mr. Fidelis Duker, stated that such submissions should have the potentials of being nominated in any of the following categories:
1. Best Documentary Film
2. Best Animation Film
3. Efere Ozako Best Experimental Film
4. Best Feature Film Nigeria
5. Best Feature Film Foreign
6. Best Short Film Nigeria
7. Best Short Film Foreign
8. Outstanding Comic Film
9. Best Student Film
10. Outstanding Male Act
11. Outstanding Female Act
12. Outstanding Film in Directing
13. Outstanding Music Score
14. Golden Jury Award
According to the statement, the deadline for entries is Sunday, 31st July, 2016; and interesting persons must forward three (3) DVD copies of such submissions to:
