The Acting Executive Secretary, National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), Mr. Louis Eriomala on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, in his office, expressed shock over the show of love showered on him on his birthday by staff, saying he was short of words as he didnt expect such magnitude of love on his birthday.
Eriomala who got into his office to meet both Management staff and other support staff in his office, singing Happy Birthday songs to him and Babajide Sokunle, a staff in the office of the ES who happens to share the same birthday with him, said he appreciates in no small measure for the honour done to him.
In his words I am short of words and you might be asking why? Infact, I am in tears. I have just been here for four months and sincerely, I was not expecting this. I appreciate the love you have shown me here today because what you have done to me this afternoon is more than a billion naira”.
“I am not somebody that is given to money and I dont know but while you were praying for me, I was asking God to give me the enablement to pay you back because what you have sown into my life today is for a life time. As a minister of God, I understand what you have done. You have sown a very big seed into my life and I am asking God how best to pay you back because it is a big debt. Love is the greatest thing and there is nothing greater than what you people have just done”.
“I feel very humbled, loved and short of words but all I can say is a big thank you for showing me this great love. It is my prayer that celebration shall not seize in your lives and for the love you have shown me, God will show each one of you present here, a double show of love and meet you at your various points of need, he said.
Speaking earlier, the Deputy Director, Administration, Mrs. Jane Anigala said it is not everyone you love that you wake to see him or her every other day, which informs why it was worthy to celebrate the Acting ES.
“We have come here today to celebrate and rejoice with our Acting ES on his birthday and thank God for adding a new year to his life. We are also thanking God for Babajide Sokunle who shares the same birthday with him. It is not a mans making and it is not easy because it is not everybody you saw yesterday that you will see today, therefore everyday you wake up and see somebody you know, it is more than enough to give glory to God”.
