The Bayelsa State Government, recognising the need for meaningful engagement of the restive youths, has invited talented persons in the entertainment industry in the state to a meeting on Tuesday, 13th of November, 2012, at the Gloryland Cultural Centre, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
A statement by the SSA, Talent Development, Mrs. Helen Bob, advised all talented persons in the entertainment industry, regardless of gender, to honour the invitation for the meeying, which is schedule for noon.
The statement explained that the meeting was designed to identify the challenges facing the growth of young talents and acquaint them with the programmes of the State Government towards developing their talents.
It added that Governor Seriake Dickson created the office to demonstrate his administraion’s sensitivity to the plight of talented persons in the society and enjoined them to avail themselves of the activation of the office.
