The Director of Research and Documentation, National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), Prince Bamidele Olusa, has commended the Head, Minna State Office, Mrs. Olufunke Ndukwe, for sign-posting the State Office, through the design and production of a Signpost, a Signboard, News and Information Board, and Standing Flex Banner, describing them as beautiful works of art that will not only attract outsiders but give information about NICO at a glance.
Prince Olusa, who stated this while unveiling NICO Minna State Office new-look signage, during an unscheduled visit to the State, on Thursday, 4th of July 2013, was warmly received by staffers, who were actively engaged in the ongoing NIGERFEST 2013.
He said he was in Minna to represent the Executive Secretary, Dr. Barclays Foubiri Ayakoroma, at the maiden edition of the Niger State Festival of Arts and Culture (NIGERFEST 2013), held at Trade Fair Complex and UK Bello Theatre Arts Complex, Minna, respectively.
The Director used the occasion to address members of staff, urging them to continue the good work they were doing, saying the Head Office was taking note of all the achievements recorded by the Zonal and State Offices, so far, and that they should try and sustain the tempo in order to be the best among equals.
In his response, Mr. Sidi Galadima, on behalf of the State Head, Mrs. Funke Ndukwe, appreciated the Director, acknowledging the fact that NICO Management had been very supportive and that that had translated to the height the State Office had reached.
