Theatre enthusiasts in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory will heave a sigh of relief as Jos Repertory Theatre announces the revival of its performance of Wale Ogunyemi’s Queen Amina of Zazzau, which will be on stage over two days at the Ladi Kwali Conference Hall, Sheraton Hotel, Abuja, on Friday, 13th and Saturday, 14th November, 2015, at 4.00pm and 7.00pm each day.
A statement by the Artistic Director, Jos Repertory Theatre, Patrick-Jude Oteh, enjoined lovers of theatre to extend the invitation to their friends and kindly recommend the theatre company to such friends as the troupe performs and re-enacts the stunning universal story of courage, love, revenge and betrayal that resonates with potent images and poetic detail.
According to Oteh, tickets will be sold at the gate and Silverbird Galleria, Abuja at N5,000 per ticket; while tables for SIX (6) will be available for N150,000.00, and that cocktails will be served for this category of guests.
