he Management of the National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO) on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 shared bags of rice as End of Year welfare package to members of staff at the Institute’s Headquarters.
Staff at the Institute’s Zonal offices in Bayelsa, Akure, Owerri, Ilorin, Katsina, Yola; State offices in Minna, Ibadan, Enugu, Gombe, Kano, Jos and Edo as well as the Lagos office are also expected to receive their welfare packages from Management today.
Others who benefitted from the Management’s End of Year package include members of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) who provide security services at the Institute’s headquarters; members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC); Students of Industrial Training (IT); casual security staff at the Institute’s Training School in Jikwoyi as well as the permanent site in Kuje and Cleaners at the Institute’s headquarters.
This is the 4th time members of staff are receiving such End of Year Packages since the current Executive Secretary/CEO of NICO, Ado Muhammed Yahuza took over the leadership of the Institute with the promise to improve staff welfare.
